Exchange and return policy

If You are not happy with Your order and You didn´t use it or order something made for You with special measurements or something made just for You outside our ordinary stock, then You have 14 days right to return or exchange the item. You are the one who will pay for the return freight and Amoress Stockholm are the one who will decide if the item has been used or not. It can´t smell from perfume or smoke or something els, because of the next customer who want ot buy it, don´t want to buy something used.

Reclamations

If your garment has been sent to You wrongly, in some way. Like the wrong size or color then please contact us as soon as possible, so that Amoress Stockholm can correct the order. Please contact us at info@amoress.se Amoress Stockholm take the cost for that misstake naturally. If there has been a transportation damage please contact the transportation company as son as possible and then also Amoress Stockhom.
