Shipping options

The package is at Posten's delivery point for four weeks. Should the package not be picked up, the goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge costs for return shipping, shipping fee and handling fee, currently SEK 300.

If you are not satisfied with something you ordered, you have a 14-day right of return after receiving the item, provided the item has not been used. Right of withdrawal applies to everything in the store. You are responsible for the return postage yourself when you send an item back.

Returned garment must be in acceptable condition and it is Amoress Stockholm who decides. The right of return does not apply if you have specially ordered an item so that it is customized just for you. Eg with your initials in the lining or special measured orders.

The product must be able to be sold to the next customer without any specific measurements or requests.

If an item is incorrect or shipped incorrectly, you should contact info@amoress.se as soon as possible and state the error, and you will receive information on how to proceed. We cover the cost of these returns. Transport damage must be reported to the point of delivery or the shipping company as soon as the damage is discovered.
