Ordering

We reserve the right to final sales. Please note that we do not guarantee that the images in the store show the exact appearance of the item.

Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and consent to your name and address being registered in our customer register.

All prices in the store are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Shipping is added. We reserve the right to change the prices in the e-shop without prior notification.

To shop at www.amoress.se, you must be 18 years of age or have a guardian's approval.

Secrecy

Amoress takes responsibility for all personal data that you provide to us when you register as a customer. The data is used so that we can administer your purchases and for marketing purposes. No unauthorized person has access to our customer register and the information is not disclosed to third parties. You have the right to request information about how your personal data is used free of charge once a year. The request is sent to info@amoress.se

Amoress is not responsible for passwords that end up in the wrong hands. Any false orders and attempted fraud are reported to the police. We will on these occasions assist the Police in the investigation work with the necessary information.

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order by contacting Amoress . Cancellation of orders not already handled is free of charge. If the order has been processed, Amoress unfortunately does not have the option to cancel the delivery, after which one return cost is added. You always have 14 days right of cancellation from the day you received your order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products produced according to specific requests (made-to-order goods) or according to personal wishes.

If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, this must be communicated to Amoress before the withdrawal period has expired via email. You can also use The Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for return purchases .

If you use the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition in its original packaging or equivalent packaging. Please note that if Amoress deems that a reduction in value has occurred as a result of one or more of the following reasons, you may be charged for this: active use of the product, lack of original packaging and own packaging of a poor standard. You have the right to examine the function and characteristics of the product. One return cost for transport is always added.

Refund

When Amoress has received, processed and approved your return, reimbursement will be made primarily according to the same payment method that you chose when the order was completed. The refund will be available to you no later than 14 days after Amoress has been informed that your products have been returned. Any extra shipping and optional services are not refundable.

We consider ourselves released from the obligation to fulfill said agreement in the event of a natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided.
