Accessibility statement
Compliance status
We are convinced that the internet should be accessible to everyone and work purposefully to offer a website that is accessible to as many people as possible - regardless of functional ability.
To achieve this, we follow the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at AA level to the greatest extent possible. These guidelines describe how web content can be made accessible to people with various types of disabilities. By following these guidelines, we ensure that our website is usable for, among others, blind people, people with motor or cognitive disabilities, and people with visual impairments.
The website uses a range of technical solutions to ensure 24/7 accessibility. An accessibility interface allows users with special needs to adapt the website's user interface (UI) to their personal preferences.
In addition, we use an AI-based background application that continuously optimizes accessibility. This application improves the website's HTML code, adapts features for screen readers used by the blind, and enables keyboard navigation for people with motoric disabilities.

Screen reader and keyboard navigation
Our website implements Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) attributes and various behavioral adjustments to enable blind users with screen readers to read, understand, and use the website's features. As soon as a screen reader user enters the website, they are given the option to activate a specific Screen Reader profile for smoother navigation and interaction.
Optimization for screen readers
We conduct a continuous analysis of all parts of the website to ensure accessibility, even during updates. This process includes:
- Clearly labeled form fields
- Descriptions of clickable icons (e.g. social media, search, shopping cart)
- Validation help for form fields
- Role designations for important elements such as buttons, menus, and pop-ups
Additionally, the application scans all images on the website and automatically adds relevant ALT texts using object recognition. Text appearing in images is extracted via OCR (optical character recognition) technology.
To activate screen reader mode, the user can press Alt+1 . The feature is compatible with popular screen readers such as JAWS , NVDA , VoiceOver , and TalkBack .
Keyboard navigation optimization
The website's HTML and features are adapted using JavaScript so that the entire page can be navigated using just the keyboard. This includes:
- Navigation with Tab and Shift+Tab
- Menu control with arrow keys
- Closing windows with Esc
- Activating buttons and links with Enter
- Selecting checkboxes and radio buttons with Space or Enter
Keyboard users also have access to a context menu via Alt+2 , or as the first element on the page. Pop-ups automatically capture keyboard focus when opened.
Shortcuts for direct navigation:
- M = menus
- H = Headings
- F = form
- B = buttons
- G = pictures
